Interested in joining Newton Athletic?

At Newton Athletic we have players at all ages and all levels, often more than one team at each age group. Everyone is welcome to join a club and start enjoying football, it’s a great way to meet new friends and keep fit regardless of ability. It’s not just about playing local football though. Some of our club members have enjoyed trips to play at Manchester City, Liverpool, Everton, Stoke, Crewe and Manchester United.

Newton annual membership 

As a non-profit making organisation membership fees are the lifeblood of our club. All our club officials (committee members, managers, coaches etc) are volunteers and do not benefit financially from their involvement with Newton Athletic. Our membership subscriptions are great value compared to other events – when the number of matches/training sessions are added together the membership cost is the equivalent of ~£2 per session.

Costs do vary by age groups which is a reflection of the running costs of the club – for example mini pitches are cheaper to hire than full size pitches. Any questions can be directed at the treasurer (via the ‘officials’ page) or through the ‘contact’ page.
