Our facilities are amongst the best in Cheshire

Newton Athletic are based at Cheshire County Sports Club which is one of the North West's leading sports venues. The sports club is also a non-profit making company and we are proud to call the Cheshire County Sports Club home.

The Club's quality outdoor playing areas include the North West's finest floodlit Synthetic Pitches used for recreational and competitive sports. All our regular fixtures are played at the sports club on well cared for pitches and we also use the astroturf facilities for training.

How to find us

The official address is Cheshire County Sports Ground, Newton Lane, Newton, Chester, CH2 1PR. However, please be aware there are two sides to the sport complex as can be seen on the map above.

These are separated by the A41 and a footbridge connects both sides of the complex.

To drive to the synthetic pitch area and additional pitches take the sports club entrance just off Mannings Lane.

The map opposite can be used to help you plan your journey if needed.

There are 2 basic ways to move around:

1)
To zoom in and out use the + and - buttons located at the top and bottom of the zoom bar.

2) Click on the map and drag the map around as needed.
